  • Return or destroy confidential information upon request
  • Maintain confidentiality even after the termination of services

7. Service Level Agreements

  • Response times as specified in individual agreements
  • Regular backups and disaster recovery procedures

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xantus Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • Access to services will be discontinued
  • Data will be returned or destroyed as requested
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
