Our approach

How we deliver incident response

  1. 01

    Triage

We establish what is happening, what is affected and what must be protected first, and agree immediate actions with you.

  2. 02

    Contain

We isolate affected systems and accounts, block attacker access and preserve evidence for investigation.

  3. 03

    Recover

We help restore systems from clean sources, reset credentials and confirm the attacker has been removed before returning to normal operations.

  4. 04

    Review

We deliver a root-cause report with lessons learned and prioritised improvements, and update your response plan.

FAQ

Common questions

Have a question that isn't answered here? Ask us directly.

We think we have been breached. What should we do right now?

Message us on WhatsApp straight away. Do not power off affected machines or wipe them, as this can destroy evidence. Disconnect them from the network instead and change passwords from a clean device.

Do we need to report the incident?

Many incidents in India must be reported to CERT-In within six hours of being noticed, and personal data breaches may have obligations under the DPDP Act. We help you meet these requirements.

Can you help before an incident happens?

Yes. IR readiness — response plans, playbooks and tabletop exercises — is the most cost-effective way to reduce the impact of a future incident.

Find out where you are exposed — before an attacker does.

Book a free, no-obligation consultation. We will discuss your environment, your concerns and the most effective next step.
